A member of the white Volvo mafia almost took me out yesterday in Wyoming. I was passing him and there was a right hand curve…he continued to go straight and ended up halfway in my lane. Thankfully i was paying attention otherwise we would’ve traded paint

5 hours later and it’s fixed-ish. Game plan is to get it to Nebraska and empty then it can be fixed right. Getting loaded right now, goal is to make CB tonight. Going to be a looong day

In Cambodia do they bring their own rice cookers? We always had to have a couple of them when traveling there.

Seems like a lot of rivets for a temp patch. But better safe than sorry I guess.

Would be fun to travel a bit more. See different places and enjoy different foods.

The rivets are from a previous band aid job, the water is coming in around the rivets. What TA did was slather some sealant around the edges of the patch and around all the rivets to reduce the amount of water leaking in. As the trailer shifts and twists it’s almost certainly going to pop open and leak as bad as it ever has. To be honest I probably could have accomplished as much or more with a stepladder and 2 or 3 tubes of silicone.

Do it!! We travel any time we can. It doesn't have to be expensive. On our last trip to the Philippines, I found out that the airline would let us do a 3 night layover in Taiwan for no cost. $400 for hotel and a couple hundred for food, buses and trains and we crossed another country off our list.
