New Volvo VNL Released

I’m glad they’re proud.
I used to think volvos were ugly.
They made them worse.

 

Definitely like the new Murphy bed setup. Fridge is still on the floor. Peterbilt and Western Star have had them up at eye level for years now, so that would be nice. It is frustrating for example a new Western Star 57x went from an 82" down to 72" sleeper. Yet it has 24 inches of cab extender!! The "dinette" seats look like third generation Trans Am rear seat size if that. Guy squeezed in there in the picture looked tiny. Don't mean to fuss so much but we live back there on the road. Try to stay at shippers or receivers and out of truck stops whenever possible so l am all about boondocking conviences. With the prices of these sleeper trucks now a days they should all do better.

Fridges in a wide cab Pete are down low on the passenger side. It would be nice to have it up higher for sure.

I guess I am fashion deficit, because that is about as interesting to look at as a toilet stall. Ycch ! I won't get one for same reason that I haven't gotten a sex change

 

Those new side mirrors should be a lot less noisy (wind) than the old ones! Might actually be able to ride down the road with the window open and still hear yourself think.
