Well in 1995 I bought a brand new mustang gt fully loaded for 20,500 and now it is gonna cost $55 to 65k. So times change and money is not worth what it once was.

I want a purple one really bad! It'll be the slowest, fanciest truck on the road!!!

Even 14 years ago the local dealer was selling base model extended cab 4x4 Chevys with some appearance upgrades for $28k Canadian out the door. Can't touch a similar truck today for under $40k.

I also question if you can spec these without all the steering wheel holder aids? I don't want any Detroit assurance lane keeping wingman corporate puke safety department in control of my steering or braking at all. https://youtube.com/shorts/zRybAM3xiRA?si=WrKQFGH35QHiOXDL Are these systems secure? Can they be hacked like that Jeep Grand Cherokee was a few years ago? Honestly a 10 year old Columbia Glider kit sounds like a better business decision because all the digital dash sensor laden taddle tale and EPA fail points gives me anxiety just thinking about depending on these new trucks to keep me in business. Maybe if they provided loaner trucks while yours sits 3 and a half months waiting on a backordered part to arrive..

    Soltaker Thanks this.

Yeah but the cabover won't beep at you if you go a bit out of your lane and call 911 for you. Also think of the poor DEF makers saving the world one plastic bottle at a time!

The monthly payment only will be around 5K, then 5K more for insurance and fuel.

My lawyer is so ugly that he is contractually obligated to have all mirrors covered before he enters a room.

My accountant is so ugly that when she goes to a bank they turn the surveillance cameras off.

My handyman is so ugly the nails drive themselves in just to get away from him.

Me, I don't care that I'm doing business with fug ugly folks, cause my bank account is pretty and I'm not trying to fornicate with any of them. What matters is that the tool is effective at it's job.

But you’ll be doing business and living with something that that looks horrible.

About like looking at ole Bruce.

I'm not sure that the mpg gain would pay the difference, but depreciation probably will.
I had a 94 379 ordered with a stand up and e model Cat, and if I remember correctly it was mid 90s in price.
