Snow plow got it.

 

Don't raise it too much further or you might catch that power line.

 

I was thinking he turned short coming off the scale and the blade caught the sign post. It's a head scratcher. Maybe he'll show up here and tell us what happened.

In a perfect world yes.
In this case,it was less hassle to go back to the house and grab parts and tools and fix it with a little help from a friend who had the one bulkhead fitting that I was missing.
