You can't go wrong with "Over Dose",,,P&D is about as different as you could get from a grain hauler or road construction. By the hour, no rush, rarely any weight issues, and wave at the scale masters, you go to the same places, make friends, a regular working schedule, and sit in traffic listening to the dollars drop in the box. P&D doesn't come up often so I wouldn't dawdle on this one!

My thing is this. Just honesty.
I was extremely happy with my road work job, loved it. Didn’t make a lot of money but loved what I did. I’m afraid if I turn the construction job down and take the p&d I might make great money and hate my life. I’ve read good and bad things about the job. I guess I’m just thinking I know I’ll love my job and enjoy what I do and make maybe half the money if I go do road work. Idk if I want to make 80-100k and be miserable. Just not sure what to do.viper822004 Thanks this. -
OK i'll put on my psychiatrist hat for a minute. As you go thru life, you make decisions, important decisions. You don't know when you make these decisions if they are the right decisions. Decisions like who to marry, where to live, who to trust, "should I quit this job", how many kids you want etc etc. So, you make a decision and go with it. If it's not the correct decision, (which you'll realize 6 months down the road) oh well, just deal with it and continue on with your life. It's not a perfect world out there.....

Let me add this.
If there’s a pay increase involved here, don’t start spending like a drunken sailor and buying all kinds of new toys. You’ll become a slave.ducnut and drvrtech77 Thank this.
