Charlie Daniels seems fitting this mornin. You can't always wait for the evil to bring trouble. Sometimes you need to take the trouble to the evil.

 

Trying to fill in the ditch and finalize some dirt work, they’re predicting rain…

 

I bought a 3 year old Cub Cadet off a friend who was moving, for $1,000 - and gave it to Tom over the road. He used and abused it for over 10 years. No idea of the hours, but must be a lot. Tom just bought himself a new Cub Cadet , so I gave the old one to the stepson and the stepsons' even older Murray to the poor neighbors.

The Cub Cadet has the Kawasaki engine. It well outlasted the Kohler (I think, or was it a B&S?) in my Husqvarna that blew at about 400 hours.

Tom gave $3800 for the new Cadet - 48" deck, I'm kinda impressed with it for the price - decent ground speed, nothing fancy, sturdy welded deck.

 

Never mind where I'm at! Questions is wheres Santos??

 

I'm about 60 miles east of Atlanta, it'll be raining here before the day is over . Always does.

There are some folks that didn't learn their lesson in jail, but did have a come to Jesus moment when they ended up in the water with the gators. Good riddance.

 

I am going over Sunday to help put siding on the SIL addition and let Granny have some Critter time and run the chute for some HS girls practicing for the HS girls team roping semi finals— and was asked if maybe throw a saddle on one and take a couple runs with the other gramps (who I probably can’t pack his jock strap) — and then burn some dead animal— can’t imagine a more wonderful Father’s Day and I hope you all have one just as wonderful
