That looks like the colorado terminal that was the construction office trailer, and when they finished construction-instead of donating that trailer to homeless people, they just scrapped it. Showing yet again, how megacarriers just waste a h*ll of a lot of money. And don't even realize it.

 

How are things going with the tiny trailer parks in Banning, Venice, and a few other places? The govt spent 50 million dollars on a bunch of old FEMA trailers, and they are still sitting around, unoccupied. And those are the CHEAP trailers. There are other places where CA or LA county spent a couple hundred thousand PER UNIT for some prefab housing. If I am not mistaken, the director of the agency in charge of that mess is paid almost 300k.... seems a bit excessive...
