The OP posted the same question again the other day using a different name. That thread has since been deleted. @Diesel Dave was correct about them.

I love it. Millions coming here flooding across the border and he wants to go down there. Mexico has some tough immigration laws. The US in fact should just pass theirs.
And yes I realize not all crossing are Mexicans.bonedust68, tscottme and wis bang Thank this. -

Definitely let Amazon pay for your CDL. You can always find a seasonal CDL job and split time between the US and MX. CDL school is 6 weeks, maybe even 5 if you're lucky. If you're in a position to get the CDL for free, don't pass that up. I wouldn't be thinking about driving in Mexico. That seems like a bad idea. The locals down there are friendly for the most part, but may not be so friendly if they think you're taking away one their jobs.

Had a delivery in Laredo one time that stated had to absolutely be there at 6am, of which I was. Might be different now but back then just about every business wouldn't open until 9am and everybody who had ever been to Laredo before knew this very well. So I was able to back up to the dock when I arrived. It was one of those open type docks, concrete floor with a roof over it but no walls. There was six other drivers already there sitting on the wooden bench, all of them looked Hispanic. So we're sitting there twiddling our thumbs waiting for 9am, and there was one driver who I'd guess was about 300-325 #'s and I wasn't staring at anybody, in fact I had a baseball cap on and I had pulled the brim way down to get a short nap while waiting. So this guy comes up to me cause I wasn't on the bench i took a squat about 15' away from the bench. So he comes up to me and says, what's a matter-you never seen a fat mexican before? Now all five of the others were glaring at me, so thinking fast, I said no that's not it. I was just wondering -- and he cuts me off and says wondering what vato? I was wondering when Krispy Kreme started making burritos? The other guys were laughing so hard i could tell the tension had been cut, they laughed for a long time but he gave me one of those if looks could kill looks. Yes I enjoyed going to Laredo cause I would get on the radio and tell a joke and it was easy to make them laugh. I admire their culture for that. Ok I'm gone, everybody thats still living on the super slab be careful and watch every billboard for that hidden motorcycle cop behind it!! LoLWargames Thanks this.
