My son is a driver for Stevens. T660 He has an intermittent problem of the following symptoms:

    No AC in the front
    Can't adjust mirrors
    Can't roll windows
    Headlights won't shut off
    Dashboard switch lights are out

This happens all at once and intermittently. He's in Georgia and it's getting hot outside!
    Ideas?

Try disconnecting the batteries for 10 minutes. Sounds like a body controller issue.

He did that yesterday. Same problem. But now out of no where the windows just stated to work. But they are out again.

Mirrors not adjusting is arguably a safety issue - if it's a company truck I'd be getting them to arrange a relay for the load if he's under one, and headed to a shop to fix issues.

And driving in the heat is not a great safety idea either, you get fatigued a lot faster and lose focus.

I have a 2013 t660. Sometimes the dash lights won't light at all I'll unplug the two fuses that are labeled cecu (they are right next to each other about halfway up right hand side of panel) count to 30 or so and plug back in. Seems to work for that. Never have had the combination of problems you are describing.

Is there a test the mechanics can run to tell there is an issue? I would think any issues with the truck should be logged by the computer?

Son is headed to Dallas to swap out trucks. The issue is currently back.

The BCM controls all that. The shop can try a BCM update, but, chances are it’ll just happen again, until the BCM is replaced. And, most shops won’t replace any module, without a solid diagnosis, which isn’t possible to do, especially with the incompetent work force in most shops. On top of that, it’s a POS PACCAR product and PACCAR probably won’t cover it under warranty, despite them knowing they have a problem with their junk trunks. We have several of them with the same problem.

Not sure what BCM is, but thanks for the response.

CECU (BCM) is a module located under cup holder in bottom center of dash. As far as modules are concerned they do go bad often. Quite expensive, so pay someone who knows before you buy one. Does sound like it may be your issue.
