FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

I got a ticket in Austell, GA for being on a street posted No Trucks....I misread Joe Jerkins Blvd as Joe Jenkins Blvd and truck GPS couldn't find it, but Google did....$400 and got it reduced to a non-moving violation.

 

Looks like half the chapel hills mall is abandoned. But not sure if security or police would run me off.

Current estimate for the truck getting done has slipped to this afternoon. At least the slippage is being measured in hours not days.

 

I guess there's no rush anyhow. Ain't like there's any freight to pull!!... at least you're getting paid for your downtime. Hope it stays outta the shop for awhile for ya

 

@runningman0661 I just found out we can no longer receive layover pay, only company drivers can now!

 

This is the slowest I've ever seen freight be.. Alot of broker loads......

 

Rolled into the cb yard last night 0130 parked in the northwest corner of the lot about 5.5 hours into my break some bozo knocked on my door and told me I need to move my truck....we're practicing for the truck national and we need to use this in of the parking lot..moved my truck and they ain't even using that part..noticed the douche bag works for go transport...at least one of our drivers could asked..

 

It seems to be mostly our regular customers that are slow.
