I sure don't hear any complaining on the flat side. They just bought a bunch of new trailers. Those guys are always busy.

The only thing keeping me from moving over to FCC is the lack of competitive cpm .... I am comfortable with the 50cpm where I am at and it would be to much of a pay cut for me to deal with. FCC has a good rep out on the road.

Yeah, I don't really keep up with the company driver compensation. Not up to speed on what they also do beside the pay per mile. I don't hear any complaints from the company drivers. The company trucks are pretty well set up. APU's and inverters on all of them. Thing I like about what goes on here is that they treat everyone the same great way. I do know, that company drivers always get detention for sitting anywhere on loading or unloading. No disputes and paid quickly. The O/O get more, but they have to wait for it until customer is billed and pays for the load. But I have never had a dispute. Same for the few times a year I need get a lumper, no dispute, no hassle. Nice thing is, rarely any sit time waiting on a load. Seems if I have hours available, I am using it productively.

Do they pay for parking if no available free parking?

The other thread does have pretty much anything you need to know. It’s why I took a flyer on a company I’d never heard of before. Been here a year and there’s not been any big surprises.free spirited1 Thanks this.
