Well I have a discount. Michelin XDN2 is $590 and M713 is $440. For drive tires. Plus the mounting. Also Michelin Energy D at 620 a tire. Goodyear endurance LHD at $530 a tire. ( I need to double check this one).

Anyone have fuel efficiency with these tires? I have run XDN2 and got really good fuel mileage out of them. I don't know which is the best deal

6 years ago I changed out XDN2 for Yokohama and lost close to an mpg. I don't want to repeat that. Right now I have recaps.

The 713 is the latest generation of the M726 I believe
IMHO the 726 was one of the best drive tires I ever ran
Now chances are your mpg will be slightly better w/the Michelin but the Bridgestone will out perform it in EVERY situation and used properly should outlast the Michelin by 25% or more
I put right at 300k on them 3x on 2 different of my trux w/2 different drivers
    Good for thought

You can buy Michelin Xdn2 and Energy D through Cr England account for about $550. BF Goodrich dr454 is also excellent.
I personally would not buy Bridgestone

Bridgestone has been my go to for drives. They seem to last longer and do better in winter. About the same in MPG's for me.

    I got yoko 517s I use… the kw gets 6.5 with them, this mack gets 7.2-7.4 running 68… was $499 installed/tire.
That’s the only yoko tire I like

    Siinman Thanks this.

Currently on the M713, with about 240K miles. Surprisingly, almost as loud as the M726. I don’t have a tread depth gauge in the truck or I could tell you what tread wear looks like. However, that’s very dependent on the truck, weights, and how it’s driven. As far as fuel mileage, there are too many variables, as well. I’ve

I’ve spent 8 years of my career exclusively on Bridgestones and there were-are always out-of-round and/or out-of-balance issues throughout the two fleets. My incubator used to work in final manufacturing at the Bridgestone commercial tire plant. She said even if a tire doesn’t meet QC it was shipped, anyway, because most tires never get returned for warranty issues, since its fleets and OEM’s buying nearly all their tires. I’ve never had a Michelin have any issues, ever. My current M713 has at least one tire that’s not right. YMMV.

I swear I replied to this already but maybe just in my head

I saw some xda(?) maybe on a truck the other day at the dealer that were closed shoulder but the slightly more rugged deep tread I actually want to try

I had 726 Bridgestones for 210k that still had 8/32 when I took them off, they wear good but I lost no milage going to brand new Toyo m647s, so I don’t think they were that efficient, plus the Toyos were ~$250 cheaper
