I live in Ocala and see Bynum all of the time, pretty sure they have a dedicated spring water run from this area. I know local isn’t your thing, I’m pretty sure it’s an option though. I meant to ask you @nextgentrucker have you reached out to cypress about pulling a van trailer for them, I know your biggest gripe is the tarping and the camera, at least a van trailer will eliminate one of those issues.
Friend and nextgentrucker Thank this. -
Oh, how's Ocala man? Seem like a pretty decent city, and yeah I think that run is what the driver was talking about, when he said I could drop that at the the customer in Fort pierce, then Bobtail home. As for Cypress, the tarps and the driver-cam isn't the only reasons I'm leaving but they're the biggest, I'm not sure if they would allow that, cause I would be dedicated then if I were to pull only van. They're a flatbed company so the vans are only a fraction of their trailers and we have A LOT of flatbed loads, every day. Doing the van I'm not sure where they go to get loaded, I guess they loaded at the plant in Jacksonville, but on home time, I would have to get a flatbed load to go home with cause I've never seen their van deliver down south, I've did two van loads for them and they were drop and hook. I'm sure they have people who's on dedicated accounts, van and stuff, probably veterans that have been here for years, but most of them are pulling flatbed, hell my trainer have been here for 30+ years and he's still doing Flatbed, train me in Flatbed. They have some flatbed loads that I like, that if I could get a dedicated route on those, I wouldn't mind staying here for years, but my trainer told me "They're not gonna put you on a dedicated account on those, these are for their guys, drivers that's been here for years" LMFAO!! And I think he's right. Like, I said before, they're not a bad company, hell, I've given my two weeks last Monday and although I started the week low, I still finished with about 2200 miles, they have a lot of loads, I'd say too much loads and not enough drivers lol. It's just that I'm looking for different things and Bynum have some of them, hopefully it work out for me overthere.Friend and Cobrawastaken Thank this.

Ocala has been hit by the boom like a lot of places in Florida, I’m ready and looking to move when an opportunity presents itself. Best of luck with the new adventure, respect the surge
