OK, well let’s assume what you’re saying is true then. You got totally screwed. When someone pulls a gun on you all bets are off. At that point, the rules completely change. And you need to get a lawyer and probably an investigator involved and get your record cleared. Unless you’re leaving something out.
I need advise/help!

@Ex-Trucker Alex has absolutely nothing helpful or positive to say, but just can’t help him/her self from tippy tappy typing from whatever rock he resides under - to spread doom , gloom - and mainly high and mighty judgement on people.
It’s ok. I’m sure he has me, and most others blocked on here, so he doesn’t see any response to his worthless comments.
I’d really like for him/her to post here that (it) has learned to play guitar and spend time at a local nursing home, entertaining senior citizens, or perhaps volunteered at a local food bank. But I don’t have high hopes for either scenario.
The Jeffrey Dahma looking avatar and the ‘ex-trucker’ handle kinda give it away, but you can be assured that you can simply scroll past the posts without batting an eye.
Which leads me to this -
Truth is stranger than fiction, I keep my opinions neutral till I’ve walked a mile in others shoes, the truth has 3 sides , and I have 2 eyes, 2 ears and one mouth, and try to use them in proportion to one another.
Best of luck in resolution to your situation, there are actually helpful and intelligent people in here.nikmirbre, Sirscrapntruckalot, rlh9324 and 1 other person Thank this. -

He is demanding your tablet and GPS, and you argue about it.
He pulls out a gun, and you still don't comply.
Why? ???
What is SO important about that tablet and GPS that you would risk your life over?
And you got the statement backwards.
You didn't leave and then panicked... the correct wording should be - I panicked and left.
And how did you leave?
By driving away, with a gun pointed at you.
Sorry, but your whole story simply does not make a bit of sense to me.Iamoverit Thanks this. -

As I stated before I was told my license would not be affected and I drove without a license for a good 5 months. I didn't know until I got pulled for an inspection in Wisconsin, the state trooper even let me deliver my load after being pulled as he followed me. The whole situation was mind boggling to him. He could have put me out of service and gave me a million tickets but he was such a good man and was really trying to help as well as he thought something was hung up in the system with the DMV in NC. He read my judgement as it states 'Allowed to travel state to state' and has all my requirements on it as well.
I am telling you the 100% truth and if you don't believe me it's ok, I don't have to prove myself to you. I am only simply asking for help and to be honest...for me to lie about anything wouldn't help me get the answers I need so...what's the point?
Stay blessed!Last edited: Apr 24, 2025
