Go to a Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp and get a non DOT hair follicle test for your personal use.

That should let you know where you stand.

    Another Possible Solution:
    1)
Take about 1 year off from truck driving, bus driving, heavy equipment operator, etc. and look for another line of work for that 1 year.
    2) Get your self into a serious physical fitness program, getting yourself into the best shape possible. You may need to work with a personal trainer or physical fitness coach to help you with this.

Totally clean up your diet, eliminating as much of these items as possible: sugar (including artificial sugars & sweeteners), salt, sodium, artificial ingredients, saturated fats & greases, & all oils, (although olive oil is fine):
    1)
The whole idea is to be of the proper weight, normal blood pressure, cleaning out your arteries & blood vessels, & making sure that your sugar levels are normal.
    2) Eat a lot of vegetables, various types of fish, (salmon, cod, halibut, tuna, etc.), minimal amounts of red meat & carbohydrates, along with drinking green tea & PLENTY of fresh clean water. Do your absolute best to stay away from all sweets, (cakes, pastries, donuts, ice cream, chocolate, candy, along with any other desserts & sweets not mentioned). You may need to work with a dietician or nutritionist to help you with all this.

Right about your 8th. or 9th. month into the program:
    1)
Shave your head of all your hair, growing it all back in the last 3 to 4 months into the program.
    2) Never mind the comments or questions you may receive from other people. This is a short term sacrifice for long term results, your driving career, (or any other career that has a strict zero drug tolerance policy).

After Your 1 Year Is UP:
Go back to truck driving being FULLY prepared to pass any D.O.T. physical & drug test, along with any other physical & drug test that the company may want you to take.

Good luck to you! God bless you and your family!

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

Everyone I know does drugs to clarify even caffeine is a drug your coffee is a drug. DOT does not recognise medical MJ so its not allowed or so the drug test thing wouldn't be an issue. I take coffee black, and anyone who drinks coffee daily thinks it's not a drug try quitting for a month you will have withdrawals once your off. You will understand your dependence of coffee

For years I drank coffee every day. The only reason why I quit drinking coffee is that I was getting painful headaches. After I quit drinking coffee, the headaches stopped coming back. This is why I switched to drinking green tea & other herbal teas.

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

Coffee is good, but it is not meant to be used every day and certainly not the mega places like Starbucks energy drinks and ice coffee are the worst even regular hot coffee is better. For one, when it's hot, you sip on it iced coffee a lot of people drink it like its water. The only time I use coffee is help relieve pain from a workout, or a sparring match. Normally its when I push for higher weights, unfortunately, even if I dump coffee, there is caffeine in almost everything anyway, tea as you mention, has caffeine, even decaffeinated has some. A lot companies in America try there best to get everything addictive

started my MMA when I was young my uncle taught me. He's only person I know actually sparred with Chuck Norris many years ago. You don't get trained by Bruce Lee and learn to lose, unfortunately, outside that one match,I never saw Chuck Norris again in person. would have loved to pick his brain on some and stuff. I know he's stopped now due to age but he used to go to many tournaments, either to help host it or sometimes take part, fighting the winner. Bruce lee and Chuck Norris are the founders of MMA, what we know as today
