If you're getting .60 cents overthere than new drivers will be getting .35 cents lol.

Prior to the significant pay raise in August of 2022, we were earning .53 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty. This was confirmed by looking at my paystub dated 7-28-2022. This time three years ago, we were earning .41 CPM taxable and .12 CPM non-taxable, bringing it to a grand total of .53 CPM, loaded and empty.

Like I said earlier, with the recent change bringing us to .60 CPM loaded and .55 CPM empty, we are still better off now than we were three years ago. I will take that over .53 CPM any day.

Alright, that was a drop and hook now I gotta wait for a load, I'm going to the Love's down street. I did see a lot of IRT trailers though and I think they were loading or unloading one, maybe milk, how long do you guys usually wait for a load?

I've only ever taken juice there. Milk to another customer a few miles away. I never reloaded in TN, usually a deadhead back to the Bensalem PA terminal or Winter Haven if I am going home.

The thing iv noticed over the years, is im not to concerned about wait times if my weekly miles are up. At least doing long length of haul, now if you don't like waiting thats a perfectly good reason to not haul food goods.

.55 CPM in July 2022 is .59 CPM now due to inflation. I've got my hire offer at IRT last November and got on in January (no trucks available). I've got good miles like I read on this thread and I'm happy about that but I am worried about all the cost cutting and whether I hired onto a sinking ship. The company has grown a lot so they can't be all bad but everything going on is definitely unsettling. I'm glad I got the .60 CPM though unlike some other people recently it seems.

The scariest thing would be for KAG to take over IRT

Yeah, I guess, I was spoiled at Cypress lol, I get a load no more than 5 minutes after I sent in my Empty Call there, and yeah, I don't really mind the wait as long as it's not too long ( 1-2hrs is the sweet spot ) if I'm getting miles. Last week I had about 983 miles, and this week about 1346 miles, so that's why I'm kinda annoyed right now but I guess I just started, maybe he'll get better from next week on, I gotta do a 34 anyway. Plus I gotta get use to that new Omnitracs thing they're using.
