    All of them speak it. They just didn't understand it. Apparently load securement isn't an English phrase.

    With 27 traffic stops??o_O
    At that point with only two drivers the trucks would’ve been shutdown,seized and impounded!
    Not to mention the drivers themselves would already be in the paddy wagon!
