    Pay:

34¢ per mile — for all miles the truck drives.

Each driver earns 34¢ per actual mile, regardless of who’s behind the wheel. No splitting. No funny math.

    Schedule & Flexibility:

    • Main route: Monday night to Saturday night to Taylor, MI
    • Option to deliver Sunday night and leave out Tuesday night
    • Flexible if you want to reset or stack more miles

    Expectations:

I’m looking for someone ready to run out their 70 every week.

Not trying to coast — I’ve got credit card debt to crush and I want a co-driver with the same grind mindset.

    Lifestyle:

    • Vaping with the window cracked is fine
    • No smoking in the truck
    • Prefer someone who avoids truck stop food — I treat that stuff like Russian roulette
    • I mostly eat turkey sandwiches, ramen, and rice from home — simple and efficient

    The Bad (just being real):

    • The OKC to Dallas runs suck — traffic, construction, the usual
    • But they rack up miles fast
    • No waiting on store unloads or backhaul BS — you move, you earn

    Bottom line:

If you’re hungry for miles, ready to run hard, and don’t need your hand held, we’ll get along just fine

hey just clearing this up real quick in case it wasn’t 100% clear — it’s 34¢ per mile for every single mile the truck moves, doesn’t matter who’s driving, if the wheels are turning you’re earning

so if the truck does 5,000 miles that week, you get paid for 5,000 and your co-driver gets paid for the same 5,000 — it’s not split, it’s not 17¢ each, it’s 34¢ each for all truck miles

there’s no loaded vs empty BS, no hub mile games, no “only when you’re driving” tricks — just actual odometer miles, paid out fully to both drivers

basically it works out to the same as 68¢ per mile combined in a typical team setup, except instead of cutting it in half, both of you get the full rate

just putting it out again like this so there’s no confusion not trying to argue, just want the details to be clear upfront
