I'm no expert but I don't think that trucks gonna work anymore
Friend and Knucklehead Thank this. -
Lozier Scottsboro has a sign at guard shack that they start receiving at 6:30am. Didn’t take the time to read when they end.
Got on the lot at 6:35, in a door directly after and empty right at 8am.
Go home empty from there. See yall next week. Unless someone posts something worth replying to
Friend, Knucklehead, hotrod1653 and 5 others Thank this. -
What are the chances that I could get on the MWR fleet if I asked. I know i don't live in the most prime spot for it but I'd be fine with longer deadheads home. I'm paying for that fuel not the company. In regards to coming out of the house, they usually send me to Aurora or Crete anyways
Friend and motocross25 Thank this. -
Keep in mind that winter is coming.Friend Thanks this.

I'd much rather deal with (redacted) in IA than (redacted) in OK or TX. At least the former understands the concept of treating roads and highways. It also doesn't cause the whole state to shutdown
Also keep that evil 4 letter word to yourself. It's much too early for that kind of negativity -
Ice is a three letter word.

If you stayed out a couple weeks at a time it might not be bad. I was at HD in Topeka a fair amount of time. There’s always Clayton loads at the yard in KC coming out of Mars in KC. I just wouldn’t want to burn the fuel to Crete or Aurora every week.Friend, cdavis188 and Knucklehead Thank this.

I switched from SWR to MWR because if I dealt with Dallas one more time I was going to find a tall building and jump. I live in KC. My getting out load was usually something off the yard to Clayton IN, or Lawrence KS to Fremont and then something out of there. Saw a lot of Topeka too on a Friday morning and then grab an MT back to KC and rinse and repeat next week. Lots of St. Louis on that lane too, and Pepsi and Budweiser can be a S.O.B. Still not S.O.B’ier than Dallas tho!
