I think some of these “Buckle” loads we pick up out in California are by far some of the worst loads we deal with. Two pickups today, Commerce and Fontana, the first pick wasn’t too bad, but this second one is an effing joke.
Can’t communicate with these Chinese people at the guard shack or inside, I thought about breaking out the translation app.

At least you weren't picking up in Carson or Vernon. Those areas look like they were bombed out and never rebuilt...plus the language barrier. I picked up a load to the Buckle a while back in Miami, FL. Except for the traffic, it was a good load. Even got to see a SpaceX launch out of Cape Canaveral from the Interstate.

that's better than what old man Tim does. He dispatched me on two loads for weekend while i was driving from Belton to Edgerton, with me ending up in Dallas Monday morning. He messaged me 30 minutes ago to say if I was okay with those two loads, which i am but what if I wanted to go home at some point this weekend. I know i didn't come out until Wednesday but still. Message/call me, then assign me
He has a bad habit of putting the cart before the horse for some reasonFriend, Knucklehead and Pigdude Thank this. -
I've also noticed on the phone list that Matt is the only dispatcher for MWR. Must be less drivers on that fleet than SWR

Ok, I guess I can buy that. Can’t imagine filling our DEF Tanks 2.5 gallons at a time… lol
Thanks -
I was going to tell you that Apple does have a Translate App. I was going to give it a try at some point. They say the next version should translate on the fly. So if you are on a call, you speak and it’s translated so the other person never hears your words. And you never hear their words, just the translated voice.
I guess the Star Trek Universal Translator is here today… lol
unfortunately I think it will come into being helpful more often than less going forward. -
Why do you have to park a car at a certain yard to move to a new fleet?Friend Thanks this.

He’s doing a lease so he’s buying his own fuel. Don’t understand that one either.
