I am so thankful to everyone here to find my problem and helped me out to fixed that today!!!!!

 

I set the temperature to 0 and it’s running low rpm when it’s reach to 0 everything is fine so far but when it’s shifting to low rpm then the temperature is going up to 5degrees slowly then the high rpm starts again. So the unit is not hold the temperature at the set point. Does anyone know why?

 

Loaded. But the product is not warm and got 15pallets. Set point at 0 continuous. I cleaned the drain hose and the tray yesterday and got dirt inside of the hoses but just to know that is the water should come out from that 2 drain hoses or just 1? Because the water coming knly the left drain hose when its doing defrost today. The water is not coming from the right hose. Is it normal or i couldn’t clean it well?

 

Hey my friends. I still have the same problem. I got a french fries from Idaho and should keep it at -10 continuous.the weather is chill here, and the unit running on high rpm since 8 hours and its still on -6 degrees. My problem is the unit is doesn’t do defrosting. I do manually with the button and watching if the water will come out from the drain hoses but no water coming out from the hoses. Btw i cleaned inside of the drain hoses so there is no dirt inside of the hose. But i am pretty sure that water on the water tray got frozen. Does anyone have any ideas why it's not defrosting?
