He might as well just apply directly to Walmart and skip over Marten. Looks like his record is good enough but he wants to stay out weeks at a time. Walmart doesn't do that it's home weekly but they are hiring out of Tomah right now. He'll make more money in the private fleet and have much better benefits too.

 

Those Walmart company drivers make real good paychecks, don't they?
