I’ve been with Dynamic since October 2017

What lanes do you guys mostly run and is it long hauls like 1500+ miles a load?

That's great tenure for OTR trucking at one company!! Anything over a couple of years is considered great nowadays... You're not going to have that tenure at most OTR companies.. so thanks for being a great example... I hope other truckers can find similar OTR situations.. Nobody really wants to job hop....but it is necessary sometimes.. as the trucking industry is very chaotic...ducnut Thanks this.

We run a lot of loads from the Midwest (Illinois, Ohio) going west to Colorado, Utah, Oregon and Washington. Reloads from the PNW are usually produce (apples, onions or potatoes) or frozen food coming back to the Midwest and sometimes Kentucky, Tennessee and Georgia. We also haul meat loads from Colorado, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. Over the past couple years Dynamic has added a bunch of dry van trailers to the fleet and those trailers stay mostly in the Midwest (short haul).

There's a couple of good companies based in ND that you could look at, like Magnum and Holland. Did you try them? I think Great Plains is there too....don't really know if they're still around though.
