Take two regular shopping bags, fill one with smooth river stones.
Take the other ingredients and place in the second bag, and then that bag inside the other one filled with rocks.
Tie the bags tightly at the top, expelling as much air as possible.
At about 15mph, slingshot that , using your left hand, into the nearest dumpster - on your way to pick up a nice hot tasty pizza of your choice.
