I'm gonna stay out of it, (no I'm not,) you know me better than that.
I wouldn't qualify any of the cited examples as sexual harassment.
They are doggie do-do on the sidewalk of life, go over or go around it.
They are just difficulties; people need thicker skin to just deal with it.
Sexual harassment would be someone having sex in the sleeper,
and sneaky Pete pulls your fifth wheel so you drop the trailer.
Now THAT is sexual harassment.
(it's a joke; Hardy - Ha-Ha. don't get upset and blast me.)
Have a fabulous rest of your day! And ---- you can cope.hotrod1653, Lonesome, BrothaTrucka513 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I once had a recruiter tell me during the phone interview that their dispatchers out and out lie to their drivers. If I hadnt figured that out yet I should go look for a smaller company.....Lonesome and navypoppop Thank this.

Sexual harrassment can be a very real thing and it's ######## when it happens! It's intolerable and people should lose teeth over it!
If the 4 things you cited, which was not sexual in nature, was done to you strictly because you are a woman, would be ########. Sexual harrassment might be a bridge to far. I also don't understand the hygiene and health angle.
Another 1 pump dump it seems.hotrod1653, AModelCat, Lonesome and 1 other person Thank this. -
This is true. Why would they wonder what you look or smell like unless one of the places you delivered to complained? Even then, there isn't much to wonder about.
This will be fun.
How is that Office Personnel's responsibility? Last I checked, you're driving the truck and your name is on the ELD.
Double, triple, hell quadruple check with dispatch beforehand.
See above. You know what trailer you're pulling. Was it a drop/hook load?
Sounds like a mechanical issue.
None of your complaints fall under sexual harassment. The definition is:
- Unwanted sexual advances
- Requests for sexual favors in exchange for a promotion, grade, or opportunity
- Sexual jokes, innuendos, or comments about someone’s body or sex life
- Showing or sending explicit photos or messages without consent
- Repeatedly asking someone out after they’ve said no
- Unwelcome touching, groping, or hugging
- Exposing oneself or performing sexual acts in public or inappropriately

Chi-Town Steers?? That you??
I get a lot of attention when I wear my leggings with a lil tube top, OMG!! Like stop looking at me!! -
I’ve been sitting on the sidelines just seeing how this thread is going to play out. I can’t sit back anymore. What in this great rock we are on does any of your complaints fall under sexual harassment? I thought maybe the one where you said wrong pick up number, nah. Then I thought maybe the APU mechanical issue, nah. Then I thought, maybe, just maybe, your male boss asked you to go make him a sandwich. In my eyes, that’s a good reason, but you never mentioned that. So here I sit, still wondering just what the heck happened.
Voodoo Pyg, hotrod1653, snowlauncher and 5 others Thank this. -
We’ve probably all had it happen to us, but apparently most of us just weren’t aware that’s what it was.
