    How bad is it in terms of employability?

    Running a red light..depends..

    Ticketed via red light camera or written citation by LE?

    Via red light camera..no worries if you paid on time.

    By law enforcement..it’ll cause you trouble

    Running a red light with either is pretty much the same when you have a CDL.
    People seem to get complacent when they get back in their personal vehicle, but once your CDL shows up it is all the same.

    Ehhhhhh.....I’ve seen far worse. Just apply to jobs and let the companies deny you, if they deny you. That'll tell you all you need to know.

    Not too bad. If a mega company cites it, go to another mega. They are not all the same. You will not have any trouble with mid or small fleets.
