Just to clarify,
You never drove a truck for them that wouldn't pass a pre-trip inspection.
They make drivers drive OOS trucks.
But not you. You never did.
Did I get that right?

 

My experience with Don’s was picking up a load when I drove for Tyson. Wasn’t ready so they let me take my 10 on-site, which was nice. Then they kept regularly updating me on the status of the load, waking me up each time, which was understandably respectable and annoying. Finally my break was finished and the load was ready. Got paperwork, hooked trailer, pretripped and rolled.

Got a phone call from dispatch asking about the order number on the paperwork. Oops, it didn’t match my assignment… all that time and effort just for them to give me the wrong load lmao. I didn’t catch it, figured it was all correct anyway since I gave them the right order number. But I was wrong. Fortunately it all went to the same place
