    The first time I made noises about leaving, they did.

    The second time I made noises about leaving, they did.

    The third time I made noises, we had a couple meetings and then they rolled out a change that addressed my issues with the pay structure issue while simultaneously cutting my pay. Three weeks later I was out the door and I haven't heard a peep since.

    Everything they do is designed to limit driver pay. The governor on your speed, individual status for pre trip, post trip, scale…. then short dispatch, lumper loads with no quick response from SEM. Now, AI on all calls. It’s only getting worse and I was just done

    It’s unfortunate what is going on there. I still follow the IC page on FB and it sounds like one big cluster. Al Schneider and probably Don as well are rolling over in their graves.

    Used to get emails occasionally from my first gig asking if I want to come back. Said im already approved by Safety !
    Haven't heard anything from em in quite awhile

    I doubt it. Both Al and Don did plenty to take advantage of their employees. Remember what Don did to remove unions in the 80's and his embrace of technology in the 90s. Not to mention who he chose to run the company after him. I have plenty of respect for both, but Schneider didn't get to the size it is by valuing morals over money.

    They were by no means perfect….your point is valid. But at the very least the did put some driver comforts and courtesies in place. Those have eroded the last few years significantly.

    No doubt… I remember back in the day when I worked for Schneider and Don Schneider was running it complete night and day difference to this day
