    I hate to tell the CHP...the way those nutjobs drive out there, a warning flag or two or a couple flashing light wouldn't prevent a crash. They might make it legal, but many of those fools out there wouldn't pay any more attention to a warning flag/light than a toad pays attention to what day of the week it is.
