I'm assuming your meaning service plaza in Gardiner that just before Augusta. Also for some reason my Garmin doesn't show it.
I'm guessing you got a load of paper. Because that's pretty much the only thing out of the state that goes far.
Well I did once deliver Christmas trees to multiple stops in Ontario and Manitoba Canada.

    Bumper and Friend Thank this.

My GPS didn't show it either, but that's where I stayed and a load of paper is correct. Must be special paper to come from that far away.

They did buy what I assume was a test batch of Great Dane dry vans with air slider release and (I think) air ride suspensions but it was a much smaller group compared to the WNCs they usually buy. All in the low end of the 242xxx range. This was also about the time they started taking delivery of the WNC roll-door "dedicated" trailers. I'm guessing the timing wasn't a coincidence. I don't think they're ordering anymore though.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

I have pulled them since 1969 and have never pulled a trailer with air ride. Come to think about it, I can't remember driving a tractor with air ride. No wonder I have a bad back.

Friend, Lonesome and Bumper Thank this.

I also never used a trailer with air release tandems or disc brakes. I surely must be classified as a dinosaur .

All the reefer trailers have the air release tandems… All we do is pull the button valve and slide the tandems, and then to lock them. We just release the trailer brakes pull forward or back and then set the brakes to make sure they’re locked in place

Speaking of these hyper care loads. I am running three Tyson loads in a row now after I made a big stink so to speak about them sending this stupid message asking if I’m gonna make it on time when I had 30 hours to make 571 miles. I told them that if other people can’t make these loads on time that’s not my problem. Leave me the hell alone you’ll hear from me if there’s an issue otherwise the loads will get there on time that I will continue to ignore those messages and since I grabbed the second Tyson load, they have not bothered to send a message or tried to call me… I guess they got the message loud and clear…I told them that those who can’t do their job need to hit road somewhere else…
