I think he should sue. Cruelty to animal charges against them.

Glad I don’t run WY much anymore if they’re on a kick of chasing down trucks that don’t stop. I couldn’t even tell you the last time I stopped and went inside a POE. If I did pull in I just parked in the lot for a minute or two and then drove back out.

In some parts of the country anything from Jersey would be considered illegal. So technically them cows may also be undocumented. Lol

    mjd4277 and Trucker61016 Thank this.

still if one cow died due to heat. They should be liable.
Always fun loading in a slaughterhouse. Seeing a few dead bloated cows lying next to the unload pen.
    What about the hungry children?

If they’re good, strong cattle they can be on the trailer quite a while before you have to worry about them dying. Back in 2013/2014 after the plant in Hanford CA got shut down we were hauling kill cows out of CA back to Gibbon NE. It would be a 15-1600 mile trip and it was common to have to wait 6 hours or more for pen space once we got there. Pretty common to have them on the trailer for 30+ hours. Same with coming back to SW Kansas out of Florida. 32-34 hours on the trailer.
