I’d rather blame the illegal and the guy who hired him. Looks like the trailer has a WA plate, so that checks out for central WA.

It’s the drivers job to make sure he is right, his equipment is right before walking them on the trailer. When I load my wagon not 1 ####in person but me is liable. I’m to be just as legal as any freight hauler in the world. I loaded my first load of cattle in 93. My family been in it since 62. My first load come from Major Lewis in Conway Arkansas. He said son you gonna have to load em till the hides a hangin out and not get caught.


People that don’t know shouldn’t talk about and for #### sure should not do it. I get it most say I shouldn’t be this brash but it’s the one thing really gets me when a m’fer runs his mouth about my business when he knows #### all about it.

There is a difference in a cow hauler and a god #### wanna be. The man got them cattle in that bind was a wanna be. That’s his fault not the DOT

And the last slaughter house I was at in grand island Nebraska had dead cows lying out there stinking in the heat, bloated. JBS.

 

So they what died from the heat? They can die from lots a ####. What’s a dead animal at JBS got to do with suing the state for shutting down an unsafe vehicle/driver?
