We haul a LOT of their freight. In fact, the old Purina (now NPPC) plant in Crete, NE was this company's first customer. Ops used to attach a note page on any load shipping from there essentially saying "this was our first shipper, don't #### up here" in a more business-ish way. My experience dealing with them as a company (not just that plant) is it's either (a.) an easy d/h or (b.) a 6+ hour clusterfck. In fairness they haven't been nearly as rough to deal with as Mars though. Their usual move on a d/h is to claim they didn't have enough trailers to load, tell you to drop one for them and then proceed to take literally all night to load the trailer. Fun times.

Going to Kawasaki was always a crap shoot for me. Pretty much every loaded trailer had to go back to the yard for some kind of repair.

Crete left me a voicemail asking if I’d like a dedicated tractor supply acct in Ohio according to visual voicemail. Anybody know anything about it? Debating if I even call back or not. Definitely getting tired of the grocery warehouse bs.

If it’s store deliveries, I would be thinking long and hard about that. I have never seen a TSC with a dock. Usually just a portable one. Not to mention the stores are in heavy retail areas.

Yeah one of the things that crossed my mind. Might be just as bad as grocery warehouses.

I’ve delivered to numerous tractor supply stores and very few of them are difficult to get in. They’re generally very easy you drive in one way go around the back back up to the portable dock ramp they got they unload you and then you drive right out the other side of the building and out of the driveway
