So you just drive over the wheel chock because they are in a big hurry? Been to plenty of those 6-10 hour places, record was 12 at National Beef in Liberal, KS for a floor load going to Syracuse, NY. Guess it changes everything if he crawled under there after the driver I assume removed the chock and got back in the truck. Would have to agree with suicide by truck.

It's simply a case of the article's author using an inappropriate word. "Incident or accident" should have been used.

Remember that these are the same people who refuse to learn the difference between a tank and self-propelled artillery.

I just love reading the thoughts here. I am not about to blame the driver. Some of y'all get so performative and act like your the perfect trucker. In reality, most drivers don't even do a pretrip in the morning and you want me to believe that you do a pretrip each time you bump the dock? What is the likelihood some random joker is just gping to crawl up under a trailer? Cut out the seal righteousness people lol.

Exactly not to mention most of the time you pull the trailer out of the door and do your pre trip when you can actually check the lights....these super truckers always come out telling how great they are...

chock? We don’t chock. We unload in pits or vacuum systems or augers. They’ll like that.
