Well, if he's trying that makes things a lot more bearable to me, had a kid in Colorado, bosses wife's best friends kid, he was the most worthless human being ive ever come across, couldn't do pipe insulation properly after being shown by multiple people, I'd go on the roof to do something and walk by where he was supposed to be just too see him sitting in his truck, multiple videos and pics did no good, I quit over him, and made sure the big boss knew that.exhausted379, BennysPennys, Feedman and 9 others Thank this.

Ain't that how it is. They're aren't doing the kid any favors. Eventually the kid will hit a wall when he's not carried any longer.BennysPennys, Feedman, austinmike and 8 others Thank this.

With that company I had limited authority or he would have been canned the second day, I always gave day one as trying to figure out his easiest way to do something, second day it should be figured out, you're put insulation on pipe for f**** sake.BennysPennys, Feedman, Carpenter Scotty and 5 others Thank this.

Lot of bare fields this year.
The ones using fertilizer have cut to around 100lb/acre. Takes forever to unload on ground rig.
Yesterday around Searcy they didn’t slow on their corn. Had 4-5 tender wagons full there. I had full load potash while everyone else had split potash/dap.
All day following ground rig field to field.
I’m gonna try vacuum ac system this morning. It wouldn’t take Freon yesterday.
2 days sitting in hot box without shade in sight. And one window goes down about 2 inches.exhausted379, BennysPennys, Feedman and 9 others Thank this. -

no AC when you’re sitting still gets old really quick! My 89 did not have an air conditioner that ever really worked for any length of time, and I ran that truck for several years without, it’s not too bad on the highway, but you get stuck sitting in line somewhere. Unbearable. as far as fertilizer, I cut mine back pretty hard too, instead of 32 like I generally use, I used AMS, and MAP. It was about 40% cheaper, and it’s a little slower releasing, so hopefully it lasts a little longer throughout the course of the year. I’ll probably get another 35 or 40 pounds spread when the corns about waist high, just to give it another boost. kinda hard to know when you’re throwing good money after bad when it comes to fertilizerBennysPennys, Judge, Feedman and 8 others Thank this.
