    From Wamsutter to Elk they're expecting 70+ mph winds after 9 am(no high profile vehicles under 60k). From Elk over Sherman to almost Cheyenne, 80+mph winds after 3 pm, no vehicles under 70k. Once you get to the Wally DC in Cheyenne it's back to 70 mph and no 60k vehicles after 3 pm.
