I am currently assigned to a weekly LTL dedicated run with XPO/RFO leaving from Birmingham, AL on Mondays going to California and back. Home Thursday evenings. 3.5 - 4 day weekends!!!
Co-Driver dropped off and left me needing a co driver...and this run pays. Full company position, no touch freight, fortune 500 company, PTO accrued, health insurance and all the extras that come with working with a corporate line. 99.5% interstate, new equipment. I've never had an easier job in trucking and do not want to lose this highly sought after line. the run is allotted 5 days to do but we usually can get it done in 70-72 hours. so 4 day weekends are a very common thing. I live and drive in from north Alabama to the terminal each week, grab a backpack, park the car, jump in the new truck 2025-2026 Cascadia, and get going Monday evenings. so pretty much the entire day Monday is at home. Everything is pull forward and drop and hook. XPO puts a lot of focus on this part of their business and the pay is $0.974 a mile! Need a HAZMAT, TANKER, Doubles and Triples endorsed Class A Driver with clean driving record who wants to do the run and go home. Non-Smoker, no pets, no inside cameras or obscene micro management, the run is being held for me (per the company policy for 2 months) available for carpooling in. People drive over 4 hours to their terminals at some locations to get these desireable runs, I have one. I would hate to lose it and the runs become available based on seniority which I have so no waiting for truckers to retire or pass. if you're even remotely interested, my name is Andrew and you can contact me there is a 5 week timeline left on the availability of this lane. even if it caught your interest, reach out, it's not for everyone, but it's stupid easy and like picking up free money, Be safe out there drivers and thanks for making it this far.
