I personally think a cat would eat at 1 AM regularly if you would get up and feed it. They are very adaptable.

Wise in this day and your situation. Bite, swallow, and hope nothing happens before next renewal.
Insurance is an EXCESSIVE cost of being in business now.

I use to have that same theory, everyone kept telling why do pay for insurance for then ? If the damages were a lot less, I could see it, that amount, let them handle it. If you didn’t have claims before, the “slight” increase in premiums doesn’t justify the cost you just spent on that repair. My insurance agent told me they can not increase your premium more than 10% if you have claims that term.

This is a FACT. The company I haul loads for has a Shop foreman that is settling there. He already bought the property and move his trailer and stuff, he’s recent vacation he was up there looking for a job, mind you he is still working here in California. He had an applied at some trailer repair facility and spoke with a few individuals and they told him that the odds were great that he would get hired, to go apply online, that’s were the position is located. As he walked back to his pickup truck, he said one of the representative’s seen him get into his truck and he noticed the California plates. By the time he went back to were he was staying to find the application online, he said that position was on there BUT when he blinked for a second, that position was removed. “Go figure”. Only at the “Ho”…….
