I didn’t have much time before they locked the gate so grabbed what pictures I could. Didn’t have time to lift the hoods unfortunately. Steve did tell me they had inframed the KW and has all the receipts and service records…..

Agreed. I use a sump pump to drain the pool once the water is below the skimmer. It's surprising the volume they move.

I was to pissy to do anything, sitting around and watching tv in a motel is not my thing, was just sitting there running everything through my head over and over. The whole thing is I was having issues the whole week, driving myself crazy trying to figure out what was going on, and never looked at the rear drive shaft, I kept thinking it was something in the transmission, or main dive line.

He needs a haircut. And probably some jumping jacks for a nut drop.Sons Hero, Gatordude, exhausted379 and 3 others Thank this.

Don't beat yourself up - I've been guilty of it before too. And it's a weight on your mind when you're responsible for it.
The good thing about the end of some weeks is - "At least you don't have to live that week again".Sons Hero, exhausted379, The_vett and 7 others Thank this. -
I'd almost guess the KW was driven by the 'nice' driver, and the Pete was given to the 'naughty' driver.
-
He did tell me that the driver in the Pete had bumped the fenders so he bought new fenders for it. Told me the 1984 W900 his dad bought new was setting in the truck garage, not sure what he wants to do with it…. -
Sorry to hear all that. Been a minute since we’ve heard from ya.exhausted379, OLDSKOOLERnWV, Feedman and 3 others Thank this.

What would you do?
930pm, was attempting to exit a truck stop. The truck exit is at the end of a narrow 2 lane road with tall curbs. 80-85 feet from the exit is the truck entrance. Between the entrance and exit is a New Canadian truck with flashers on blocking half the road. Apparently, the driver ran into a curry joint for some home cooking. Obviously, the road is bottlenecked.
The truck in front of me squeezes past the New Canadian rig. I pull out, button hook to avoid the curbs. Coming up to the entrance is another truck. I’m thinking that he sees the bottleneck and will want to avoid it and pull into the entrances. Nope! He slowed for the entrance, then sped up to prevent me from fully exiting the truck stop. There’s a line of 4 trucks behind me. He pulls up, mirrors almost touching, rolls down his window to talk….
“I hope you know, I’m in my lane.”
The entrance is back there. You’re supposed to enter there.
“I need to enter here. I am in my lane and…”
(I roll up the window. Punjabi comes out, gets into his truck and leaves. Picklebrain is so close to me that if I turn out any more, the middle of the trailer will rip his hood off. Picklebrainkķe is angry and waving his hands. I watch. Finally, Picklebrain reverses and I am able to leave.
What would you had done if you were me?Sons Hero, thatsright, The_vett and 3 others Thank this.
