Texting while driving conviction

Well, I'm sure you're too old to be hollering at you for such foolishness, but yes, I do believe it may hold you back. Distracted driving has exceeded DUI and if it's on your record, it will be a red flag for years. It's considered a high risk offense. Sorry, I hope that text was worth it, because people just don't realize the consequences. Others may have a more technical response, but I think it will be a problem. Best of luck,

Horrible employment history and criminal record

 

When was the exact date of your conviction? You probably should have fought that one in court. I know someone in which he lost his job because of that, but managed to get it thrown out and he landed on his feet with another company. Also, where do you live? If you live in a favorable area, and that ticket is 3 to 5 years old, you may have a little bit of a chance.

Oh ok!!! I see those trucks all the time. They definitely look good to me. Based in Washington and reefer loads, that looks like a lot of miles to me.

 

I just posted about that. One driver on here from NC just finished orientation there and then given a run to Mississippi; load of apples. I've hauled apples out of Washington State. Easy run and coast-to-coast.
