Finally got out of the heat when I got to the Equality State, nice t-shirt weather here. Almost 600 miles, not bad considering that I started really late and I'm lazy. Got my new CDL in the mail too, good for another five years. Drop tomorrow morning and then pick up a light load to haul through Wyoming on a day with no wind to speak of in the forecast. Good day all in all.

It's cheap. In these hard times have to order partially on calories. 50 cents for each. The onions are a half-witted choice in comparison.

On the chicken, what did you cook? Chicken tends to be pretty lean, not a lot of fat to help keep it moist.

 

Well the guy talked he had a Caribbean accent and was a truck driver. I told him he belongs in New Orleans amd he looked good. He complained about having to pay for parking.
