Well stumbled on something sad. This is the front yard of our old house in Austin. Dad worked for decades keeping the yard immaculate. Now it looks like hammered ####.

 

I you have not, I suggest trying capers with salmon at some point. They pair well together

 

The main thing is that the lawyers will get paid.

 

I drove past my grandpa's place earlier this year. He had a half acre garden plus another acre of fruit trees plus a nice lawn. Place is eight miles from town. Now it's a F junkyard with old pickups and tractors and equipment rusting away because of the people who bought it 40 years ago. Shed is falling down, garage roof is collapsed. Sad.
