Where I'm from, meat means "beef." Pork is for ham or chops or ribs or bacon or maybe a roast. Turkey is for Thanksgiving. No one eats lamb.

 

Got a recipe? We just came into some lamb via a trade with some neighbors, and I’ve only ever had lamb once in my life, and it sucked awful. Definitely need a better turn around than the last time was. Or I’m going off of it for life lol

 

Agreed. I've had lamb twice. It's on my never again list.
