I feel your frustration here, but joining the rat race is the last thing to do if you want to preserve your sanity. I think rush hour in any metro area is reason enough to not just allow legalized pot, but to mandate it! People just need to chill out, move, or stop having more kids.

Oh yes! I forgot to mention this technique to the Ontario speed racer 4 wheeler. When he sees me trailing the pack of cars at a steady pace rather than darting and stopping at breakneck speed along with them, it's not because I'm blocking the road. For one, I'm not in a car and can't keep up with their shortsighted pace, two, why should I waste my fuel by darting along like a school of minnows?
A little strategy and foresight saves not just fuel but nerves as well. Why are so many people always in such a rush to criticize and condemn without taking ten seconds to size up the other guys point of view? It seems a recurring theme and path to aggression today. -
Or at least learn to drive, yeesh. I couldn't run that fast all the time if I tried, and I have the power to do it. My nerves wouldn't hold out.

Ok smart person I have to ticket to prove it got it back in 04 in Houston Tex. on I-10 east.

And in the left lanes too . . . seems to me they are a bit self-righteous and smug . . . Not all of them, of course

Try moving out to lane #2 climbing the Grape Vine on I-5, or take to long (distance) to pass another truck down in the valley on I-5 (CA)...very expensive tickets...and many have been issued!
-
I just paid $222 for passing two slower trucks on I-10 in California.

In a city, with heavy traffic, i roll in the center lane. On the open road, i stay right. When i pass a vehicle i try to do it as quickly and efficently possible. Yes, i do get passed on the right, most always by the "i got to get there yesterday" 4 wheeler or big truck. When someone passes me doing 69 (i am cut to 67) i do let off the throttle to hurry them along.
As far as the common courtesy goes? What is that? Oh wait... That is helping out a fellow driver, moving over for faster traffic. Don't hardly see that anymore.
I rode with my uncle (44yrs of trucking and still going) when i was a kid, we stopped to help out drivers then to (he did, i was to busy hitting the air horn).otherhalftw Thanks this. -
Like my grandfather used to tell me: "you can't live in the past...learn to deal with the future!"
