I wish the planners would hurry up, cause im getting tired of pulling over all the time to do a mac 32 "no". What could be so hard about looking at a drivers hours before dispatching? :

Add to that, gents, the fact that there are people in the office that don't even know how the HOS rules work. They can look at your hours all week, but if they don't understand the law, it's just more numbers on a computer screen.

I agree with you Reverend

So they have APU's in their trucks. What kind of APU and does it work good with heat and a/c ? How fast are the trucks ?

The A/C is good until you get to 90-100 degrees outside, and then I've found that it works if you turn on the bunk HVAC controls and use those fans to boost the movement of the cold air. It's not going to be chilly in the cab, but with everything cranked to high, it can be comfortable on a 100 degree day.
Trucks are ~65 mph. Some are 64ish, some are 65ish, some are 66ish. Mine tops out at 65.5 according to the GPS -
Ok. That's not bad. How are the e logs treating you guys. I only know paper so that would be a big change for me.
