Turning Right ?

Last winter, I was on route 20/St Joseph Valley Parkway in Indiana, which is a full limited access freeway, going along just fine, All of a sudden theres a chick doing a U-TURN, without crossing the median!! What the? Yes, this chick was in the left lane and missed an exit, so she did a u-turn and was now traveling directly towards me, in my lane! It happened so fast that I couldn't do anything, so I just slammed my brakes. and got a big handful of airhorn. If i wouldn't have gotten on the air horn, she would have been a pancake. Like, seriously, I got to within 20 feet of her, and was still going fast enough that there was no way in hell I was going to stop.

And no, I will not change lanes for these idiots. I will not panic and swerve out of my lane without properly checking (which is exactly what would happen!) and kill someone else, to save a life that doesn't even deserve to be saved. Darwins law...

What the hell is wrong with people?

 

Same thing happen to me a few months ago. Chick pulls out in my lane
traveling my direction and cut me off. She had her hazard lights flashing
so I got in the other lane to pass around her.

Just as I was about to pass her she decided to make a left turn into a
private driveway. I hit the brakes and tried to steer around her. Being
I was bobtailing my drives just started to skip being there was no weight
on them to slow down.

Anyway my back end swung around clipping her tail end spinning her out
in the drive way and putting myself head first into the ditch.

After this all happen and I got out my vehicle and started talking with them,
her people had all came out of the house, they just knew I was the big bad
truck driver that was in the wrong.

Anyway trooper got there and after getting our stories ticketed her for not
yielding when turning left into a private drive. She started flipping out and
trying to change her story, I just laughed as it wasn't working.

 

Again, What is WRONG with people?!

 

Sometimes it's the air, other times it's the water. And the rest of the time, who the crap knows!!
