Have you seen their safety numbers?
-
LOL. No, I haven't seen their safety numbers lately. Are they any worse than most mega carriers safety numbers?
-
The last time i checked they were in the high ninety's!

I'm glad to see that you are taking this seriously. Most folks who go to Knight either haven't heard of TTF, or choose to ignore what should be plain to most folks. Lots of people for some reason or other, figure, "But it will be different for me." It won't be.
Glad we could help! -
There's nothing like getting called back to a shipper because they forgot some stuff. You tell your DM your not going back "because the last time this happened you drove 200 extra miles w/o pay." He assures you that you will be paid and like an idiot you go back for the 1 pallet. Checking your pay you discover that once again you were not paid and Knight laughs at the stupid fool that chose to work for them.
A whole week you just wasted with Knight. You think back to your last job and how you quit because they got you home a day late. Yep that other company never expected you to work for free due to the mistakes of others. Knight is no good and ALL their defenders are nothing more than "insider plants" -
I don't know what these guys did to piss off the Oregon DOT, but the pre-pass is pretty much useless there.
-
Last year, was it five or six Oregon Knight trucks caused "problems" all over Oregon. I think 3 got lost going out to the coast, which causes all kinds of problems.

Oregon requires an additional fee for transponders to work at their scales. Knight won't pay it so your right, it's almost worthless. Least you find out early if the scale is open or not.
-
The also won't pay the Oregon "plate tax" for trusted carrier.
