    I wonder if she ever made the connection between those two facts and all the anti-idling laws? Prolly not...

    living in CT, this only happens when there are more then 3 truck accidents in a week, this last a week or so, then they stop. This won't last longer then 2 weeks tops, and living up here in CT for 12 yrs, I've never seen it even last a full week

    I seriously doubt if there is any connection.

    This industry survived for many years without A/C in most trucks...

    I like having it but I could easily live without it...I hardly ever idle my truck.

    More money in my pocket! Less wear and tear on the truck.

    Good to see that post blackw900...

    I do idle some, but was taught early that too much of a good thing is bad for you :biggrin_25525:

    I hate seeing trucks idling even when they honestly don't need to...and most of these are O/O's.
