That's why I hung up on outerspacehillbilly & Katz when they called... I just couldn't concentrate of the phone conversation because of the comedy skit I was watching!!!

 

Off to get the hair done FINALLY then home for a nap then to Glencoe, KY later today for a truck pull.

Its funny how your perspective changes once the fuel bill comes out of your own pocket.....I don't miss that fuel bill any !!

 

My perspective has always been about the same...I love it when I can shut off the truck and relax and sleep in peace.

The fuel savings is just a bonus.

 

Another crazy run. Left Sioux Falls, SD at 0600 yesterday. I delivered on time with 15 minutes to spare at 1000 this morning in San Antonio, TX. I had 3 whole hours sleep and I'm about to fall out any second now!

I overslept the alarm and my dispatcher sent me a PeopleNet asking if I would make it. I jumped up, made a instant cup of coffee and drove the last 5.5 hours non stop, lol. I made it.

 

So your telling us your not a multi tasker?

 

sitting at home enjoying the weekend with the wife and kids....especially the wife

 

My wife is on the truck with me full time...

I get to enjoy her all the time...Whether I like it or not!
