Mr. Beast...at first glance I thought I recognized the MasterCard color scheme/logo in that striping on the tractor.
Was this possibly a Freudian slip or are you just gonna "charge it" on your MasterCard? Wayyyy back when...part of the M/C advertising was "get an easy touch"....are you an easy touch?![]()
Where are you

Either because I'm lucky or because I work cheap, I got dispatched out of Daytona Beach within 2 hrs of calling in empty. Now in Cottonton AL loading some heavyass paper rolls bound for Laredo.
-
I'm easy breezy and beautiful! mua ha ha ha!otherhalftw Thanks this.
-
Mc Alester, OK bounced up here from the BIG D....loading tomorrow for King of Prussia, PA..
-
I think its Swift that works cheap...
If you need a good safe place to stay in Laredo take 1492 (Mines RD) north about 1/2 mile or so past the CFI yard is a t-stop that will be on your right at the top of the small hill....The food is really good and the place is safe/quiet..
Watch yourself down there Laredo has gotten a little crazy..JustSonny Thanks this. -
Got it close GP...Swift pays cheap...OBGYN is working for the maximum rate at swift for his experience level...
And as to the place to stay...Swift has a very large Terminal around the corner from the Pilot....
Do you think we should tell OBGYN about the "church" meetings available in Laredo? One of my former students was telling the wife and myself about how he would go there and attend "services" (change the "es" for "ing") religiously when in Laredo!
JustSonny and groundpounder Thank this. -
Home for the holiday weekend...truck back in shop for the DVR or DFI ...hell I don't know something to do with the "regen" and the "regen" sensor. Works out fine since freight has slowed quite a bit here!

Been to Aurora, NE, back to Hutch KS then to Austin, MN. Bounced over to Mankato, MN for a load of flour that I blew off in Lawrence, KS this morning. Back at home, in Hutch, KS now as I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. Dispatch didn't seem to thrilled about my appointment tomorrow but they don't have much choice. lol
JustSonny Thanks this. -
I loaded some wheat flour in Mankato while I was in training. I remember a long, long straight back to the dock. Maybe the same milling co. Don't know how many there are in Mankato. The load wasn't ready on time...about 14 hours late!
-
The first load I was on when I started training dropped at a "freight forwarder" (?) in Laredo. We didn't stay at the terminal. I don't remember which ts we spend the night at but I know there was a rolling Mexican food wagon there......imagine that!!
groundpounder Thanks this.
